Comfortable room, very clean throughout. It's was my fault the location wasn't ideal as I didn't drive there and it is on the m4. Only downside I could pick up was no plug sockets by the bed. They was all on the other side of the room so I couldn't do work on my laptop on the bed with out going out and picking up and extension lead.
Perfect place to stay when visiting friends gor the weekend. We even found the quick route to it without using the motorway. Soft comfortable beds, I had a wonderful night's sleep.
Good location for castle combe, staff friendly and although the room could do with an upgrade it was decent for a Travelodge.
Excellent stay for price!Our family room had a king bed and two pull out single beds. Very comfortable mattresses and pillows which added to a quite room (window opposite the Motorway).Everything was very clean and very good pressure in the shower! Very highly recommended and will book again. Also easy and close access to all Cotswold villages and Bath
The receptionist Kiran was wonderful! I came abit early before my check in timing and he still let me check in, which I really appreciated because I had lots of stuff in my hand. They dun have lift so good luck to those ppl with big and heavy suitcases! The rooms is nothing special but the toilet does need a little scrubbing! There was stains on the toilet bowl and the bath tube! Thank god I’m only staying for the night!
5star for receptionist Sam. She is very nice. With free parking. Paid WiFi. Good location. Beds and towels are clean. Hot shower. And warm room. Only bad thing is … there was a child running on first floor all time and it could awake me (at ground floor) in the early morning.
Stayed for just one night as visiting Relatives. Room scrupulously clean? Bed a little low for me but that is just a personal thing. Staff were really helpful and so nice. Would recommend
The service was good. Easy check in. Nobody on the desk when I left. Worst thing about the room? No plugs next to the bed. And the plugs were only 3 pin. No usb charging points, which nowadays must be the standard in all hotels given that we all use multiple devices that need charging. Free WiFi for 30 minutes only
